"Not impressed - first time and will be the last time using this service. I booked an S Class and the first company called me, firstly it was very hard to understand them as they hardly spoke English and secondly they told me they were sending a black Toyota - completely unacceptable! I told them to cancel the booking, they told me I would lose my £87. I escalated this with Taxicode directly, they managed to source another provider with the correct vehicle. A lot of stress for such a simple request! "
